midwest | Well put. To add, the biggest expense is people, and finding long term quality people is nearly impossible. They have to be paid year round too. A coop runs on a 2% local profit as a GOAL and that is difficult to achieve and probably only someone who had walked in a board member shoe realizes this. | |
