coast of Maine | Buy land.I posted this a month ago and it some how got ghosted.Friend ,has always saved in coins.Needed a piece of property.Paid the owner in coins,got the signed and created deed transfer recorded at courthouse.I think the tax documents to state on sale were for 1$ and other considerations.Seller was enamored with the silver /gold and it benefited both parties.Maybe he only paid a 1$ ,,IDK.There is no way I personally would have any physical gold or coins as the meth heads would seek it.My friend above used waste oil buckets with a foot of waste oil on top of just some of his coins.Rumors got around and he came home to lots of dumped out oil buckets. | |
