I can’t say if oil is secondary or thirdary or fourthdary.

They have oil. We have oil. They have natural resources. We have natural resources. They have a dictator. We have a, well….

It’s about more than all of that. But, one must think beyond earthly thought to fully comprehend. And I don’t fully comprehend it all. But, I’m not overly concerned about it either.
