Southern MN		It worked for a long time. If I would have purchased everything I have bought on adjustable mortgages I probably could have bought another farm. It has worked for the past 40 years. Problem is the land I was able to buy was lost because of ARM’s. As always timing is everything. First loan was a young farmer loan with a non adjustable 9.8% mortgage.
