| I bought a farm in 2022 with a 5 year fixed rate but a 25 year term. So it adjusts to the new 20 year rate in 2027. I have the option to lock it in at any time and I didn't think interest rates would run away from me too bad. It was also purchased within the family so I got a really good price on it, the interest hurts but at least it's deductible. | |
