Southern Illinois | Crazy that Central IL class A & B farmland is bringing the same or less than post oak dirt in southern IL. Nonetheless from an ROI standpoint I think farmland will always lose. It has to appreciate to continue to look like an attractive place to invest. Just my 2 cents. | |
