Some manufacturers also have charts with inflation pressure / load for different speeds. The higher speed charts have higher pressures since higher pressure causes less flex and thus generates less heat.
As I recall the 12% derate as duals was for load split due to road crown and heat dissipation between the duals was less than as a single. |
