Pay them: $$$ US min wage should be around $20.00/hour in a number of locations. $1.40 in 1967, min wage then, has the same buying power as approximately $13.58 today (late 2024/2025)

That’s why everything so stupid expensive every knuckle dragger is getting $20/hour.
