My son bought some land using the beginning farmer program. After a couple years he just asked the cooperating bank to finance the whole thing as the fsa was a pain and not flexible. My son is even less tolerant than me. lol.
Is that not what’s supposed to happen whenever they are capable? I thought that was the case.
