Hennepin, IL | To give you an idea, I redid some stuff this summer and ended up getting an appraisal on a farm, no improvements mostly tillable. The appraiser used a cap rate of 1.75. Made me a bit uneasy not necessarily about my deal but just the fact that seems to be the norm. | |
