SW WI		The thing about equity, to me, is, I would prefer it not to be all tied up. My wife and I have worked and sacrificed for that. You can’t have it all (Mr. Banker)….

We need to come to an agreement about what is reasonable vs what we want to borrow $ for.

And all of this really only matters if SHTF and we need to liquidate.
