95 miles NW of Quitaque, TX | I do not know if this works out the same. I do know in mid 70s that ranch land was selling for $350-400 per acre. Central TX You could make on a good year running cow/calf, sheep and angora goats that you might make $75 an acre on a very good year. Some years under zero.
