nc ks | Don't know. They did give me the same fixed as a normal 1 year fixed. A couple months ago I took out my first vairiable loan in decades. Some of the seed companies are offering much better cash discounts than their financing options so I moved that to the bank and took the discount. I am variable rate shy. I tend to be leveraged heavily, at least in my mind, so I like to kow exactly what the loan is going to cost me over time. The bank has worked very well with me on lowering fixed rates if rates drop significantly. That is why I like working with an independent bank rather than an institution like FC or something. I know in the past every once in awhile I'd ask what variable was vs. fixed and it was never enough that I considered taking on the extra risk. | |
