Cherokee iowa		It all depends on your land cost. I don’t know anyone that bought land at $15000 the last three years value it at $8000. All depends on what you wanna leverage. Don’t get over leveraged. Few people have had to change banks. They still farming and renting land. It would take a plunge in land prices to bring a farm crisis. Lands sales still strong. Got a quarter mile away as the crows flies. $16000 pry won’t stop it.
