I have one friend that loves when land prices keep going higher says he can borrow more. He’s right until a haircut in land comes and can only value it at $12000. And I have know idea when the barber will show up. Soooo many different operations around and all get a trophy. Asked banker if any land come up for rent. He said it rented and gone by the time he hears about it. I said same here. Then talked about life insurance. | |
