My gripe is guys putting filters on with dry gaskets, we wipe oil on thr gasket and our guys all have strict instructions to do hand tight only, havent had 1 leak yet......now that I say that I will have one leak Monday when I start the tractor lol
That's the biggest problem with getting the filter off not lubing the gasket. I always put a light film of grease on the gasket and use a wrench to tighten. |
Ugh tighten your filters.
