South Central NE | Just like the grain market there is seasonality in used cars. I have a nephew who is a comptroller for a large multi state auto dealer. He said that the bottom in used cars is usually February so that's the best time to buy. He also said that their buyers start hitting the auto auction's hard in February to buy up vehicles that they can sell off their lots in March, April and May. I have no idea what their profit goals are on those vehicles. | |
