| The infrastructure absolutly had a great deal to do with the cutting of subsidies. The government was overwhelmed by the amount of energy being produced by the added solar and could not sell it so they couldn't afford to purchase the energy therefore cutting most payments for the solar projects. Yes the government reneged. | |
