Subject: Buying a used vehicle


Edgerton MN		What is a reasonable offer under the dealers asking price? No trade in. We don't buy different vehicles very often and a lot has changed in the last 10 years, so I am not too sure on negotiating these days. We are looking in the $20000 range. Is offering $2000 less a waste of time?
