| Concrete pads ? Very few except for the support of transformers etc. The panels themselves are supported by steel pilings driven into the ground to a predetermined depth according to soil type. No concrete is used. Michigan requires a bond to be in place for the complete restoration of the property. Very little soil is removed and what is will not leave the property. All wire and any concrete will be removed to a depth of 4 feet. Fenced, yes and any small animal able to access through the fence will benefit. You know, like your fenced cow pasture.
