Racket. 2 producers. Nu 1 buys nu2's 50000k hf and nu 2 buys 2 of nu 1's steers. Noone out a penny but it sure looks nice. But behold! New to industry bystander thinks this looks like a good investment start up and jumps right in and buys that 50000k heifer and has a tremendous start up cost that he won't figure out for a few years. In the meantime, nu 1 seedstock drives by the bank drops off his money and goes home and picks up another heifer and travels off to next show/auction. Actually, prolly bought the heifers from his neighbor with a good AI program for 5000k!
