Why are you buying so much breeding stock? did you have to downsize year before last during your guys big drought? or are you just bumping up the numbers to max plus capacity?
I don’t keep enough hfrs back to maintain numbers, plenty of lease pastures available in my area, trying to graze more hayfields rather than bale. With virtual fence, I think I’ll be able to graze even more in the coming years.
