NE IA | Have to remember theres a tax play here too and most cow guys are going to be looking for a way to allievate some tax burden. Last year upper end at this time of the year was $4000/hd. Calves were selling for $1600-1800. This year same calves are selling for $22-2500. So a $5000 cow is about where the market should be but most arent bringing that kind of money. | |
