Subject: I sold my spring '25 replacement heifers.............

NEMO

1st week of September for $2100 average, I'm not sure the guy that bought them thought that was a good price either.
I bought heifers to calve in February '26 for average of $4170. My banker said "good trade". I'm 59 years old, if I cant
raise cattle they way I want, with what I want, how I want, I better get out I guess. I've got row crop ground seeded down
in grass, because I want to. Some of us are in it for the long haul. There are lots better investments than cattle and row
crop farming and land. I think I worked my ass off to be in this position and I'm gonna enjoy it the best I can. JMO
