Green Acres Guy - 12/8/2025 08:28  Whatever you do do not get the Thorp bladder/diaphragm type water regulators.

I've had those in a couple buildings for many years.    As long as you have a fairly consistent water pressure and keep air out of your water lines they work fine.

If there is air in the water lines they will never work right.   A medicator hose in an empty bucket will pump air into the water lines that has to be dealt with.      Valves on the end of the water lines work good for bleeding air out.

Honestly, the Thorpe diaphragm valves are less annoying/troublesome than fixing/replacing the nipples we have in other buildings.
