NW IL		I contacted Raven support with this exact question a few weeks ago. The response was brief but positive:

“ You can update the SMARTSTEER node to ST MD software, then use MD and cabling.”

I have a couple SMARTSTEER nodes and want to reprogram them as an MD node. I haven’t tried yet, but plan to take a stab at it this winter.
