NWC Ohio | Placed I used to work at switched away from CNH grease 20 years ago because no matter what gun you stick a tube in an air pocket or two would be in every tube and cause issues. Switched brands and never a problem again.
So while I’m not saying you’re having a gun issue, it’s absolutely possible to have issues with grease tubes as well.
