| You could be right. Some folks felt the same around 2014, a lot were screaming that during Covid. They’ve all been left behind if they sat out. Now the same also goes for buying land the last couple decades.
I wouldn’t call it a coin flip either, equities are showing better returns than the farmland the last decade and you don’t have to do any work. We all just like ground. | |
