Central SD		That’s a really good philosophy in life in general. I was faced with similar situation here. Land really close that is out of the way from an accessibility standpoint with 20% sloughs. I bid enough that I can forever drive by it and have peace of mind. Land as a for profit investment is worst it’s ever been in my lifetime. If the stock market ever comes back to earth some real problems are unsuing.
