So there has to be a little bit of a definitional slip somewhere. 

That's what I came up with. But if Rural users are a larger % wise of that population than Urban users then then the total % of Urban users should be less than 80% and the rural should be more than 20%. So the numbers are fouled up somewhere. 

And I don't honestly care enough to tease it out.

It's still more Rural snap Users than the population of Missouri.
