One is owned by a retired lawyer afraid of getting sued by anyone that happens on the property and gets hurt. He's kind of odd about a lot of things. 5 page lease agreement. Cash rent.

The other is an investor that wants a better guarantee they get paid, it's a flex lease. The nice thing there is that all of the rent is due in the fall, after harvest. That one is also a 5-7 page lease agreement.
