NW IL		I've got one lease, 1/3 of our acres, that stipulates we carry at least 2 million in liability insurance, and have workers comp.
Another lease for a large chunk says we need to carry crop insurance.

But otherwise I agree with your points. I just wish repairs on this older equipment wasn't such a large line item.
