They already do here. We aren't supposed to apply more than 80 lbs at a time and everything has to have a stabilizer now. We have to go to a training every 4 years to put on nitrogen where all they tell you is to put on 80lbs and use a stabilizer for a couple of hours. You can put two 80 lb passes on the same day, but it can't be the same pass. lol |
