| i also pulled the trigger too soon on cash bean sales. i believed the "smart guys" that said "too late for china to buy beans this year" "bean yields above expectations yada yada" . this might be a "buy the rumor , sell the fact" situation, but i suppose going from no hope to "light at end of tunnel" is worth a buck in beans.
underlying fact is 1. china is in tough shape 2.natives are getting restless over there 3. china needs us more than we need them, it`s just we`ve never had a leader to push those facts before. the thing is the market can be irrational longer than you can stay solvent and oh what a difference one week can make! | |
