 | One thing to keep in mind is the old saying, "pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered." If you patch the washout in the fence line area back to the original level and then periodically plow out to lay the back furrow on the ridge, you probably won't have an issue. If you bring in a pan scraper and make a dam on the other hand... 
 A good situation to apply the Golden Rule. If you ask to run tile through the neighbor on your dime and they still refuse is the only time I'd consider it right to stop at the line unless it is not productive land.
