West Chazy, New York | I plant a few hundred feet of row of potatoes, this year mostly Kenebac but also a few pounds of reds. When I dug them it seemed like the reds were deeper in the ground. I planted them all the same depth and on the same day. So for those of you who grow potatoes on a commercial scale, do different varieties set at different depths or was it my imagination? | |
