Extreme SW Minnesota Iowa border | Two things. That blower works better of it is laying flat, or so the pipe goes in the top and out the bottom. The type 56 has been around for a while. There are flow charts all over the inter webs on CFMS and rpms.
If I were doing it I would look for a quieter one. There are 3 different companies making the size blower you are looking for. Don't have any listings in front of me, but any one will work. I believe the later pumps are less loud, but never done any tests.
