Eastern Nebraska | Think of it like an upsidedown cone. And if you pour water on it if you don't hit the point perfectly your not going to get it to flow down evenly on all sides.
If there's still some room in bin just make sure auger is dumping on the side with the low grain and you may not have to scoop so much.
