My jaw dropped when I saw these photos of you deck plates. Should have lead with those photos. Set the front gap to 1.125" and rear gap to 1.25". You can pull them and build them up with weld and top with hardface. What do the roller look like? Are they the tapered flute rollers? I really dislike the straight flute rollers that came with the 90 series. Is there a worn notch a few inches from the spiral? All that including the spiral can be welded. If it is bad start with standard mig wire and then top with hardface wire. Or, spend the money and buy new deck plates and potentially rollers.
