Mine aren’t half as worn as yours, and yet I know mine are due for some work or replacement. As above poster mentioned you need to have your deck plates closer in the front and wider in the rear. Yours look too closed overall in the rear anyways (how narrow are they in the back?) so the stalk is getting pulled apart or leaves getting stripped off the plant instead of them getting pulled down through the snapping rolls. FYI, each deck plate should be straight from front to back. That worn out area that someone tried to weld back needs to be a straight edge, now bowed like it is. While I really can’t tell how good of condition your snapping rolls are in either, but they look sufficient from what I can tell from your camera angle.
