What kind of stalk rolls have you guys used. Does the head stand up with little maintance and how many acres have you used one on?
Have a series 1 sitting in the shed rebuilt and ready to go. But run an older Deere instead. They do what they advertise and keep the corn in the combine. But ours is a maintenance nightmare. I was spending way more time and money on keeping the head running vs the whole machine. So it's collects dust till I wear our the Calmers rolls on the Deere anyways.
