Sac & Story county IA | Most PTO mounts are real generic. Except Ford Pickups and Allison transmissions. The depth in to the drive gear can be different. There are spacer plates for that. Gear lash is important. Have to have some with bolts tight. You want .006" to .012". 29 gauge building steel is .015". so half that. Most PTOs are faster than what you want. The 6 bolt plate on the side of transmission is good for about 10 hp. The 8 bolt on bottom is good for most of 60. | |
