Iowa | I know many people from all walks of life. All the way from wealthy business owners all the way down to the guy changing jobs every 6 months.
I hear this from wealthy business owners, "Good Help is hard to find". No actually it isnt. You have to be willing to pay people, pay them a wage they can exist on and not be completely flat broke all the time. Paying someone 10-20 bucks ain't going to cut it. The cost of every freaking thing is outrageous, go to the meat counter and tell me I'm wrong. (Thats just naming 1 item) Go to the ER for medical care 1 time. Its a real screwing, its awful.
Then I can think of several local employers I call users, they pay decent but they will burn you completely out. You exist to work for them pretty much. Family life gets pushed out, and people dont last their very long, A year maybe. It will not work. They work ya 80-100 hours a week if ya let them. Theres no balance there.
