I have mixed opinions on this.

we all complain about the service tech coming out with the laptop and spending 3 hr on a piece of equipment while charging 150+ an hour and not fixing the issue.

Most of that is because of lack of experience. You only get experience by sticking to a job for more than a year and a half.

The good techs have been at it 8 or 10 years and seen several model changes and know what makes stuff work.



Can't forget about the $210 service bill to dive 9 miles to the machine too.
