SESD | If you hold something as true, no matter what that is, it inherently makes everything that doesn't agree false. If you believe Islam is true, that makes beliefs contrary to it untrue. Same with all other religions. I believe in the God of the Bible and that the Bible is true. That by default means all the others religions are false. People like to make Bible believers out to be intolerant in this, when in reality, it's just the way it works. There can't be more than one truth, so if a religion says as long as you have faith in something, you are good to go, just doesn't hold water because everyone isn't right/true.
Every man is welcome to believe what they want. I believe the Bible is true for a number of reasons. If I believe the Bible is true, all other religions are false. If I don't think that, then what do I really believe? There is never more than 1 truth. The path to destruction is wide, the way to life is narrow. | |
