Thumb of Michigan		Well I know that I'm different, I use whatever oil is convenient for coating my boots. Last few times it was hydraulic oil, before that 5W40 diesel oil. In the past I have used Red Wing oil but didn't see the value difference.

Reminds me, it's time to re-coat the old boots again.
