56676 | How about the main pivot points for the bar at the middle single wheel? The big square tube the the wheel arms mount to needs to oscillate.
I'd try lowering the wing height some with the 3/4" adjusting bolts under the wing cradle. Along with getting hitch height correct, but there is some good leeway on that if the tube can oscillate.
I agree individual, adjustable float springs on each wheel would be ideal.
