swmn | Started out with a 5400 with 64 knife drum. Previous owner said it'll cut it finer than Copenhagen. And it did.
Now have 970 with 24 knife drum with scherer spiral roller and a 980 with 20 knife drum scherer with straight rolls. Both have feed rolls running as fast as they can and processor at 2 mm. Can't say that I can see a difference. | |
