Southeast | From how I read it and it has been explained, not much you can do at this point. It goes off what acres were planted to which crops in 2019-2023 (even if it was just 1 of those years). Yields will be based off your APH for the added acres/crop ONLY (or use your previouly established yield). If you don't have RMA record of that then you will get county T-yield. IMO- not a bad way to do it as it keeps people from trying to.cheat the system by just planting something this year after they heard about the possibility of adding base. Also better than the original idea from the Senate (I believe) that only allowed minority farmers to add base acres.
