West Central Indiana | I cut a 55 acre field of 1.6 Monday they made 70. Looked back this field made 83 in 2023 & 81 in 2021. So, I'd say about 10bu off of normal. We basically received no rain in August and I thought my earlier beans would be better because the later beans had it worse with no rain. Just from doing pod counts I thought they were going to be some of my best ever. To much rain early and nothing in August took its toll. Edit: Next 2.8 maturity should cut this coming Monday I'll try to report on them also.
